A Small Crew From York County
We're a small team, and we all grew up here. When you call, you talk to one of us.
Mark Stambaugh, Founder
York native and Dallastown High grad. Mark started Keystone after his own home tested at 14 pCi/L. He plans each system and takes the tough jobs: crawl spaces, stone foundations and homes with more than one foundation type. On weekends you'll find him on the Heritage Rail Trail with his two kids.
Kelly Brenneman, Office and Scheduling Lead
Kelly grew up in Red Lion and runs the schedule and the phones. She knows real estate closing dates don't move, so she finds a slot that fits. Ask her anything about how the process works.
Josh Kauffman, Lead Installer
Josh is from Dover and spent years as an HVAC tech before joining Keystone. He likes neat pipe runs and quiet fans. Before he leaves, he'll show you how to read your manometer.
Tara Leiphart, Testing Coordinator
Tara is from Hellam Township. She sets up short-term and long-term tests, pulls the results and walks owners through what their number means, in plain words.
