Radon Mitigation Installer (Full-Time)
Description: Install sub-slab and crawl space radon systems in homes across York County. Drill and seal suction points, run PVC pipe, mount and wire fans, set manometers and keep job sites clean.
Qualifications:
- PA DEP radon mitigation certification, or willing to earn it (we help with training)
- Comfortable in attics, crawl spaces and on ladders
- Basic carpentry or HVAC skills a plus
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Radon Testing Technician (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Description: Place and pick up radon monitors in homes across York County, handle real estate test timelines and help owners understand their results.
Qualifications:
- PA DEP radon testing certification, or willing to earn it
- Good with people and on the phone
- Organized, on time and detail-minded
- Valid driver's license
